When I first arrived in Germany, I met an incredible woman who has dedicated her time, energy, and personal resources to helping refugees and immigrants find their footing. She teaches language, integration, and the unspoken rules of life in a new country—all from her own pocket. Every Sunday, she leads city walks, showing newcomers the world they now call home. Through my Bima Impakt project, I’ve had the privilege of capturing her journey—giving back through my lens to those who give selflessly. Some stories deserve to be seen, not just told.
